 To better serve you, we're expanding our pickup schedule. While pickups are currently on Thursdays or Saturdays based on location, we'll be adding more days soon! 


 

Unlike others in the refuse business,  we understand that you may have a lot of recyclables that fill up quickly.  Therefore we pick up your recyclables weekly. 

This also eliminates the need for you to have to remember if you have to set them out this week or not.


Why would we charge a royal family member for the cans we need for service? 


 

While we would be deeply hurt that you no longer wish to be part of the royal family, we do understand that you may be moving and will no longer be able to take part in our royal service. 

We would never charge you to return our equipment.


  

Yes! You can get a mix of the two sizes of cans.  

When signing up for service, please let us know what size you would like for what service.


Yes, as long as you already have at least one 96-gallon can, you can add additonal 96-gallon cans. 


 Yes, you can; please see our service section for any additional fees that may be incurred.


 

White glove service is offered for those that are busy running their portion of the royal kingdom and simply do not have time to place the cans on the curb.  For a nominal fee we will have a squire provide that service for you.  

Simply place the cans in front of your garage door so they are easily accessible to the squire so that they can return them when finished, truly making you feel like a King or Queen.

There could be several reasons why your trash had not been collected. Please contact our excellent customer service at 608-814-7242 to find out why.  


We pick up your trash the day following your normal pick-up date. If that day is a Friday, we will pick up your trash on Monday. You can also sign up for our free service to receive a text message reminder that your trash and recyclables will be picked up a day late. 


 As much as we agree that our squires are disposable, we do like to keep them around!  We will not risk their safety, nor that of others, to collect your trash.  We will collect it later in the day once the roads are cleared. 

With that being stated, we do monitor the weather closely and if we feel that we will be unable to collect your trash until the next day we can notify you via text message that night to let you know.  This service is free of charge. 


 Yes, of course, we would be happy to remind you. Please sign up for our free text notification to receive a text the night before your scheduled trash pick-up day.

Yes, it is the law in Wisconsin to recycle, but it is also good for the environment.

  • Cardboard (tape, twine, and staples may remain on boxes);

  • Glass Containers;
  • Plastic Containers marked on the bottom with recycling numbers 1 - 7.

 We pre-bill at Royal Refuse Services. This allows us to keep our costs down.  


If you are paying monthly, then you will receive a text and email one week before your service is due, 


If you are billed quarterly or yearly, you will receive an email  and text 1 month before your bill is due


 We can set up Credit or Debit recurring billing. 


 We may be able to accept other forms of payment, such as cash, personal check, Paypal, Venmo, or Cash App.

Yes, we can bill you via USPS; a small nominal fee of $1.25 will be included in your bill.
